Ramada by Wyndham Yuma

Breakfast was very good. lots of choices and super hot coffee which I really like! The egg cooking woman, Sherry, was super nice and friendly sending everyone off with a happy feeling for the day! The reason I did not like the pool is because it was NOT heated. So I dangled my feet. ;-)

We were there during the off season although the weather was nice, in the 70s. I was looking for a good price with reasonable quality and the Ramada totally surprised me. It was very reasonable and yet the facilities and amenities were excellent. Everything inside and out was clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and the in house restaurant- Curries - was amazingly delicious. Best of all the room was quiet.

It was good, I checked in late and left early for a flight. Bed and room were very comfortable and spacious.

Ideal location for our requirements. When we returned to our room after dinner there had been a water leak through our ceiling but this was soon sorted by the staff and we were moved to another room without any problems. The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was a revelation - fantastic curried food with great service.

I loved the vibe. The eclectic retro style with a modern twist was appealing to me. The staff was very accommodating, and the air conditioner gave us an article blast relief from the hot weather. There is a continental breakfast available, though we didn't take advantage, and an amazing Indian restaurant "Curries" that is out of this world. There's ample room to wander throughout the property, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It's about a half a mile from the airport, and would highly recommend staying here if you need to catch an early flight out of Yuma. Also, this place is haunted. Which we were stoked to discover. For example: We wandered through an empty banquet room, which was in between the rear end of the lobby and the restaurant. When we were being seated at Curries, we walked past and heard a crowd of laughter coming from that room that we knew was empty. A light would switch on randomly in our room, and there was knocking on the wall coming from the room next to us.... Which was not occupied. We stayed in room 212, so if you're looking for that sort of adventure, I'd suggest requesting that room. Overall, the feeling was warm and welcoming and we absolutely will stay here again when the time comes.
